Take a stroll through the gardens at the world famous Merriman's Restaurant in Waimea, which boasts an organic garden from which they supply all the herbs, greens, and much of the produce offered in their cuisine. We installed, and maintain the garden, which not only beautifies, but also adds organic quality produce to enhance the offerings of the restaurant.
